Tin can planters
Just like mason jars, you can also use empty tin cans as planters. Make sure to wash them first before planting something. And feel free to spray paint them with any color you like to make them look even more beautiful.

Some of your old kitchen items can be also turned into planters. For instance, teapots are great for this purpose, especially the vintage ones that will look great in combo with some plants in it.
DIY planters out of old chairs
And the last ones on our list for today, are the planters made of old chairs. You can make one such planter by making a hole in the seat wide enough for the planter to fit in. Or you can remove the seat and place a wire basket in the hole in place of existing seat.
