March and April are the prime months for decorating your space with cherry blossom branches. If you have such trees in your garden, you can cut some branches or you can go on to a store and buy some. If you are arranging branches in a vase filled with water, keep in mind to cut at least one inch off the end of each branch and split the bottom. This allows the branches to draw up more water to keep them looking fresh and beautiful longer. Cherry blossom branches look astonishing when mixed with other blooming branches like plum, peach or dogwood blossoms.
