The biggest disadvantage of having an indoor pool is that you can’t have the open space and can’t enjoy the hot weather in Summer.
Although taking care of an indoor pool is easier than taking care of an outdoor pool, building, heating and lighting the interior space can add to the cost.
There is always the risk of condensation and mildew so you should take care that your indoor pool has proper ventilation.
