She Makes An Amazing Fire Pit In No Time And Spends Only $25

A fire pit in the backyard is what we all love to have to spend some time in the outdoors with our dear ones or maybe even on our own. And if you are not ready to spend more money on a new fire pit, then maybe you can try to make one, that will be more of a tabletop fire pit, that you can also place anywhere you like.

One such fire pit can be easily made and guess what it will cot you about $25. Here is a list of the materials that you will need:

  • cheap glass frames
  • Marine Silicone
  • small rocks
  • metal mesh
  • gel fuel
  • any metal planter with an edge on it

First of all, you will have to make the glass box. Run a bead of silicone around the edges of your glass and place them together. Do two sides first and hold them in place somehow until they dry. Make sure the frames are arranged in a way, so that the last side is facing you. This will make it easier to complete the box.

When the box is complete, run some silicone along the edge and adhere it to the planter. Make sure there is enough of the planter’s edge for the metal mesh to rest in. Put the open can of gel fuel into the center of the fire pit, then place the mesh on top. Cover the mesh with rocks, but leave a space in the rocks above the gel fuel for the flame to show through.

Once the rocks are away from above the gel fuel, light the gel fuel and guess what?

You have made your own fire pit for only $25. Congratulations!
